  • What size picker should I use?

    It depends on your range volume, picking frequency, and cart/towing setup. Tell us your approximate daily ball count and picking routine, and we’ll recommend the best picker solution.

  • What cart bracket do I need, and is my current bracket compatible with your picker?

    In many cases, we can use the bracket you already have installed. We also manufacture cart brackets designed to fit most utility cart models used for range picking. Share your cart make/model (or a quick photo of your current setup) and we’ll confirm the best option.

  • How do I know what size picker I have?

    The quickest way is to measure one of your picker discs across the widest point.

    12" discs = P2 Picker (smaller unit)
    14" discs = P2 PLUS (larger unit)

  • Are your baskets compatible with other picker brands?

    In many cases, yes. Compatibility can vary by model, so we’ll confirm quickly if you share the brand/model or a photo and basic measurements.

  • How often do the discs need to be replaced?

    Replacement timing depends on usage, turf conditions, and how often you pick. If you notice reduced pickup performance or visible wear/cracking, it’s time to swap discs.

  • Are discs and combs replaceable in the field?

    Yes, they’re designed for straightforward replacement so you can service wear components without taking the entire unit out of rotation for long.

  • Is the picker welded?

    No our system is designed with bolt-together construction for easier service and long-term maintainability.

  • What routine maintenance helps my golf ball picker discs last longer?

    Daily & Before Each Run: Inspect between the discs for obstructions like oak balls, acorns, sticks, and mud clumps (and any lodged debris). Clearing obstructions is best practice for disc longevity and helps prevent range balls from getting stuck and causing jams during picking.

    Monthly: Hose down the baskets and discs to remove dirt and fertilizer buildup that can lead to rust/corrosion, and check for broken or loose discs.

  • Do you start replacement parts?

    Yes. We stock a full range of replacement parts and wear items, and many of our components are compatible with other leading picker systems on the market. If it looks like ours, there’s a strong chance it’s a comparable replacement part and often at a better value. Share a photo or your current part details and we’ll confirm if it’s a fit. 

  • What warranty do you offer?

    We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Any modifications to the motor, wiring, electrical components, or brush assembly will void the warranty. If you need help, contact us before attempting repairs or changes so we can guide you correctly.
