Refund policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, please contact us promptly and we’ll help make it right.
Returns (30 Days)
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice/purchase date.
- Items must be new, unused, and in resellable condition (original packaging required).
- Custom, special-order, or personalized items are not returnable.
- Returns require an approved Return Authorization (RGA) before sending anything back.
Refunds & Credits
- Approved returns are refunded/credited after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping may apply.
- For approved “change of mind” returns, a restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.
Wrong Item / Order Issues
If we shipped the wrong item or there’s an order discrepancy, contact us within 30 days and we’ll take care of it. We’ll provide return instructions and, when applicable, ship the correct item.
Damaged Shipments
- Visible damage or shortages must be noted with the carrier at delivery before signing.

Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery (photos required).
Once the delivery receipt/bill of lading is signed, the customer assumes responsibility for confirming product accuracy and quantities.
Warranty
