Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products but just in case there is a problem, we’re gladly here to help.


We stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer the most generous warranties in the business. All our products are guaranteed 1 year from the date of purchase against defects which occur outside normal wear and tear.  Please note that we only warranty products purchased directly through P2 Golf Products.

For all warranty claims, please contact us at 1-844-682-2354 or use the form below so that we can help you in a timely manner. Please make sure to have the following:

  1. Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still under the warranty time limit)
  2. Brief description of the claim
  3. Photographs

Warranty does NOT apply to the following:

  1. Products purchased from private parties, second-hand retailers or resale boards (such as Ebay or Facebook)
  2. Any part of a product that has been altered, repaired, or misused
  3. Damage from unintended style of use
  4. Normal wear and tear of any product (including weather and elements exposure)
  5. Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product


We do not process returns, but instead process exchanges. If for any reason you are not happy with anything that you ordered, you can return it within 15 days for account credit.

All items sold at discounted and promotional prices are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All products must be new, unused, and still in original packaging. No returns will be approved and/or credited if the product has been used or damaged in any way.
