What is Your Warranty Policy?
P2 Golf Products warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and according to the product’s intended purpose.
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product or the defective part, or
- Provide a comparable solution if the original item is unavailable.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Overloading, improper installation, or improper operation
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Use of improper fluids, chemicals, or cleaning methods (where applicable)
- Operation outside of intended use or outside the instructions provided
- Failure to perform reasonable periodic inspection and maintenance
Damage or malfunction resulting from not following operating instructions or maintenance guidelines is not covered.
Maintenance & Inspection
Routine inspection and maintenance are important for performance and longevity. Warranty coverage may be affected if product failure is determined to be the result of inadequate maintenance or missed inspections.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
To start a claim, please provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product name/description
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos and/or video showing the problem

- We may request that you return the product or the affected part for inspection.

What is Your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, please contact us promptly and we’ll help make it right.
Returns (30 Days)
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice/purchase date.
Items must be new, unused, and in resellable condition (original packaging required).
Custom, special-order, or personalized items are not returnable.
Returns require an approved Return Authorization (RGA) before sending anything back.
Refunds & Credits
Approved returns are refunded/credited after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping may apply.
For approved “change of mind” returns, a restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.
Wrong Item / Order Issues
If we shipped the wrong item or there’s an order discrepancy, contact us within 30 days and we’ll take care of it. We’ll provide return instructions and, when applicable, ship the correct item.
Damaged Shipments
Visible damage or shortages must be noted with the carrier at delivery before signing.
Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery (photos required).
Once the delivery receipt/bill of lading is signed, the customer assumes responsibility for confirming product accuracy and quantities.To Start a Return

Shipping

Small Package
All small-item orders ship via UPS.
Shipping days: We ship Monday–Thursday (excluding holidays).
Processing time: Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Tracking: Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Address requirements: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please use a physical street address at checkout.
Flat-rate shipping & adjustments: We strive to offer flat-rate shipping whenever possible, and we usually have it dialed in. In some cases, based on an order’s weight and dimensions, shipping costs may need to be adjusted. If that happens, we’ll reach out ASAP before shipping to confirm the updated cost.
Address changes: Need to update your shipping address? Contact us right away, because once an order ships, changes are not possible.

Freight
Certain products ship via freight (LTL) on a pallet.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES.
Freight shipments are delivered to commercial or industrial business locations only.Freight shipping days: We ship freight orders Tuesday & Thursday (excluding holidays).
Processing time: Most in-stock freight orders are prepared and ready to ship within 5 - 8 business days. Transit time varies by destination and carrier routing.
Delivery appointment: Freight deliveries typically require a delivery appointment. The carrier will contact the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.
Curbside delivery: Standard freight delivery is curbside/at the truck. Inside delivery and placement are not included unless arranged in advance.
Dock / forklift / liftgate: Please let us know if your location has a loading dock or forklift. If not, a liftgate will be requested to unload.
Freight rate adjustments: We do our best to quote freight accurately. However, final freight costs can change based on destination, pallet size, weight, and carrier requirements. If an adjustment is needed, we’ll reach out ASAP before shipping to confirm the updated cost.
Inspect at delivery: Please inspect freight shipments before signing. Once the delivery receipt/bill of lading is signed, the customer assumes responsibility for confirming product accuracy and quantities. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours so we can help.

Large/Bulky Items
Some items are considered large or bulky due to their size, height, weight, or special packaging requirements. These items may require additional shipping charges beyond standard rates.
Why additional charges happen: Carriers price shipping based on weight, dimensions (dimensional weight), and handling requirements. For certain large/bulky items, the shipping cost shown at checkout may need to be adjusted.
If an adjustment is needed: We’ll reach out ASAP with the updated shipping total before your order ships. You can approve the updated shipping cost or choose to cancel the order.
Shipping method: Large/bulky items may ship via UPS or freight, depending on the item. If the item ships freight, delivery is commercial/industrial only (no residential).
