• Installation

  1. Choose the Target LocationSelect the desired location for the Range Barber Pole, making sure the area is clear of irrigation lines, electrical lines and other underground utilities.
  2. Install the PVC Ground AnchorBury the PVC ground anchor approximately 13" (33 cm) below the turf. Keep the anchor straight and vertical so the pole will sit upright once installed.
  3. Prepare the Pole SectionsThe Range Barber Pole ships in two 40" (102 cm) sections for easier shipping and handling. Join the two sections securely before installation.
  4. Insert the Range Barber PoleSlide the assembled pole into the installed PVC ground anchor until it is fully seated and stable.
  5. Install the TopThe Range Barber Pole comes standard with a molded cap. If using the optional Molded Flag Top, remove the standard cap and install the flag top according to its supplied hardware.
  6. Check AlignmentConfirm the pole is straight, secure and clearly visible from the intended teeing area. Adjust the ground anchor if necessary before compacting the surrounding soil.

  Installation Tip: The buried PVC anchor allows the Range Barber Pole to be removed when needed for maintenance, mowing or target relocation while leaving the anchor in place.
