  • Which washer is right for my facility?

    The best fit depends on your ball volume, how often you wash, and your electrical setup. For mos facilities, the P2 Original Washer is a great option. Share your approximate daily ball count and we’ll recommend the right model.

  • How do the P2 Washers clean balls without damaging them?

    Our system uses an open steel spiral track and a heavy-duty nylon brush to separate and remove dirt and debris during the wash cycle helping clean effectively while reducing scuffing and clouding.

  • Do I need detergent?

    Not necessarily. Water alone works great most of the time. If your range conditions are especially muddy or you’re dealing with heavy buildup, we recommend our specially formulated ball wash for best results. If you choose to use a detergent, make sure it is non-sudsing / non-foaming, as soaps that foam can reduce performance and create mess.

  • What motor does the washer use?

    Our motors are heavy duty and sealed against sun and moisture for reliable outdoor operation.

  • Does the washer require a water hookup?

    No. It includes a self-contained 8-gallon water tank, making setup simple and reducing the need for constant refills.

  • How many balls can it clean per hour?

    The P2 Original Washer can clean up to 15,000 balls per hour, with a 500-ball hopper capacity.

  • What voltage options are available?

    Compatible with 110V setups.

  • Is it built to live outdoors?

    Yes, our washers are built for outdoor range environments and finished for durability, including double-layer corrosion protection (hot-dipped galvanizing plus a tough sprayed top coat) to help resist rust and harsh conditions. That said, we recommend placing the washer in a sheltered location when possible (under cover or out of direct weather exposure) to maximize lifespan and keep performance at its best.

  • Do you stock replacement brushes and parts?

    Yes. We stock replacement brushes and wear components, and many parts are compatible with other common washers on the market. If it looks like ours, there’s a strong chance it’s a comparable replacement and often at a better value. Send a photo or part details and we’ll confirm.

  • How often do brushes need to be replaced?

    Replacement depends on usage and conditions. If you notice reduced cleaning performance or visible brush wear, it’s time to replace the brush to restore results.

  • What warranty do you offer?

    We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Any modifications to the motor, wiring, electrical components, or brush assembly will void the warranty. If you need help, contact us before attempting repairs or changes so we can guide you correctly.
